Terms of Order

The following terms and conditions of order, together with such terms as are set forth in Bali Arts Shop website

• Bali Handicraft is an handmade product done by our local balinese artists. The artwork made by any kind of material such as shells, wood, bamboo, coconut shell, plastic, linen, and many more. It is depend on the style that we want to make. Some of the artwork use unussual material such as animal bone, animal horn.
• As an handmade product, it is difficult to make the exact size for same products. But we try to measure the artwork carefully.
• The dimension publish on the cataloque is by estimation, it is because the natural material will not have same size. For example coconut shell, animal horn and other natural material. However for clothing and some artwork possible to sized it accurately.
• We have try to categorize the artwork product in appropriate category, however some handicraft probably able to put on some category. But right now an artwork only attached to a category.
• If you want different size (dimention), please email us your desired size, we will adjust the price accordingly and send you the invoice of your order.
• Another condition for bali handmade product, that the size, dimension, height, colour, volume, etc., are not absolutely exact. We also try to provide the photo nearly same with real view of the artwork, but we cannot make it absolutely exact.
• All the prices are in US Dollars and the freight by express not include yet. After checkout your order, we will review your order and send you an email about exact payment.
• Most orders will be delivered in 3-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the handicraft. Purchase from our stock, delivery by express in 5 days. All your handicrafts will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
• We also have a 30-days refund guarantee, to protect our customers. (The artwork must be in its original condition. Shipping cost is non refundable.)
• Some of our handmade/handicraft product are made to order basis, so please allow maximum 15 working days to make your order.
• We are committed to protect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer's information in any way.
• Soonest we has received the payment, we will process your order.
